After losing their 1st game against the Washington Commanders, the New York Giants headed towards AT&T Stadium to play against the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys’ record against the Giants is huge, as they haven’t defeated the Cowboys’ Star QB Dak Prescott and his team for years. So, there was no doubt the Giants, led by Russell Wilson, were thinking about breaking the losing chain before they landed at AT&T.
But before the Giants’ team landed in Arlington, Texas, on Sept 14, the team’s WR1, Malik Nabers, turned heads with his jewelry. The NFL itself posted the video of Nabers’ diamond-studded jewelry, on which fans reacted heavily and urged the starting wide receiver before the game. In the video, we can see that Nabers had cubes-like diamonds on the tail of his braids, which shine like a hundred-thousand-dollar worth of real jewelry.
NFL Fans React to Malik Nabers’ Diamonds in the Hair
One of the fans reacted, “Wonder if all of that ice equates into a Giants win today?” The Giants are waiting to snap the losing streak against Dak Prescott. The Dallas Cowboys QB1 hasn’t given a chance to the Giants to win against him in the past 14 games. While another fan commented on the NFL’s post, saying, “Aura.” But the comments didn’t end here as one of the fans made a funny comment on the official post, saying, “They’re not dancing, but they’re there.” While other fans quoted the post by the NFL and said, “Best in the world!”
Nabers has played only one season so far, except the current one, and the 22-year-old hasn’t caught a break while maintaining his name on the headlines of every publication. In his first year, that is 2024, Nabers played 15 games and managed to score seven touchdowns while catching 109 throws for 1,204 yards with only one fumble in the entire season.
That’s why fans believe in him and couldn’t hold back to say, “Bouncing back from last week,” and also saying, “He is an amazing young talent! Go be great, young man,” after watching his aura with diamonds. In the first game of the Giants against the Washington Commanders on Sept. 6, Malik Nabers scored a touchdown while catching 5 passes on 12 targets for only 71 yards. Fans want him to get into beast mode and clinch their first win in the 2025 season.
